Precision Logistics for High-Stakes Cargo

In the marine industry, there is no “standard” load. Whether it’s a luxury hull, a replacement engine, or a set of masts, your cargo is often oversized, awkwardly shaped, and incredibly expensive. A driver who treats a boat hull like a pallet of house bricks will cost you thousands in repairs and weeks of insurance claims.

You need a partner who understands that in marine logistics, “near enough” isn’t good enough.

Protecting the Gelcoat

Specialist Strapping & Damage Prevention

Marine equipment—especially fibreglass hulls and high-spec engines—is vulnerable to “strap crush” and surface scratches. If a driver cranks down a ratchet strap without the right edge protectors or positioning, they’ll crack the gelcoat or bend the frame before they’ve even left the yard.

How we help: Our drivers are trained in specialist marine restraint. We use high-grade edge protectors and soft-sleeved strapping to ensure your cargo is held fast without being crushed. We treat every load like a finished masterpiece, ensuring it arrives at the yard in exactly the same condition it left the factory.

No Dock, No Problem

HIAB & Flatbed Versatility

Marinas and boatyards are notoriously difficult to deliver to. They rarely have loading docks, and space is usually at a premium. If you send a standard curtainside truck to a narrow pier, the delivery is going to fail.

How we help: We utilize Flatbeds and HIAB (crane) trucks to solve the access problem. Our Flatbeds allow for easy overhead or side loading of oversized gear, while our HIABs mean we can lift engines or components directly onto a deck or into a cradle without needing to hire an expensive secondary crane. We handle the lift and the shift in one go.

The Marine Stats

HIAB Crane Reach

Self-offloading capability for engines and masts.

Specialist Restraint

Soft-sleeving and edge protection as standard.

Flatbed Fleet

Ideal for oversized hulls and wide marine loads.

Site Surveying

We check the access so your delivery doesn’t get stuck.

Boatyard Access

Navigating the Tight Squeeze

Most boatyards weren’t built with 44-tonne artics in mind. They are often reached via narrow coastal roads and have tight, cluttered yards where a single wrong turn can lead to a very expensive accident.

How we help: We match the vehicle to the site. If an Artic can’t get in, we’ll use our 26-tonne rigids or specialized trailers. Our drivers are experts at navigating high-value sites, and they don’t “have a go” at a tight gap—they plan the move, ensuring your goods (and the surrounding boats) stay safe.

The Launch Window

Meeting the Tide

In the marine world, timing is everything. If a delivery is late and misses a launch window or a crane slot, the entire project can be delayed by weeks. There’s no room for “we’ll be there sometime tomorrow.”

How we help: We provide fixed delivery windows and real-time GPS tracking. You’ll know exactly where your components are, allowing you to coordinate with boatyard cranes and fitters with total confidence. We act as the reliable link in your supply chain, so you never miss a tide.
